Steel Bollards
When Concrete Barriers Won't Work
We manufacture steel bollards to your specification and install them into the ground Typically, steel bollards are filled with cement, and concreted into the ground. We apply a primer coat, and then paint the bollards whatever color you prefer.
Similar to concrete barriers, steel bollards are used to protect valuable property from being damaged. Steel bollards are a suitable alternative to concrete barriers when concrete barriers are impractible. Unlike concrete barriers, bollards can be constructed in such a manner that they can be easily removed to allow traffic through an access point, and then replaced when traffic is no longer desired through the access point.
Bollards can be used to protect utility poles, light poles, propane tanks, or other above ground fuel tanks from being struck by vehicles. Additionally, steel bollards are ideal for deterring unwanted traffic from entering driveways or access points to your facility.
